Ms. Thao is an entrepreneur with a background in Environmental Sciences and the Co-founder of Nguyen Khoi—a pioneering enterprise in Vietnam in circular agriculture and animal welfare-oriented pig farming. Her zero-waste Circular Agriculture Model, recognized by the World Bank (2019), promotes climate resilience and sustainability. She has received four international awards, including the Vietnam Alumni Entrepreneurial Award 2020 (British Council) and LIF Advance 2023. As COO, she leads Nguyen Khoi in building a trusted premium pork brand focused on animal welfare, community well-being, and environmental harmony
Thảo là một doanh nhân có nền tảng về Khoa học Môi trường và là đồng sáng lập Nguyên Khôi – đơn vị tiên phong trong chăn nuôi heo theo hướng phúc lợi động vật và nông nghiệp tuần hoàn. Mô hình Nông nghiệp Tuần hoàn của doanh nghiệp bà đã được Ngân hàng Thế giới vinh danh năm 2019. Thảo đã nhận bốn giải thưởng quốc tế, trong đó có Giải Doanh nhân Cựu sinh Việt Nam (Hội đồng Anh) và Học bổng LIF Advance tại Vương quốc Anh năm 2023. Với vai trò COO của Công ty Nguyên Khôi, bà góp phần xây dựng thương hiệu thịt heo cao cấp, con người hạnh phúc và môi trường hạnh phúc.
