Tran Anh Tuan is a Vietnamese business innovation specialist with over 34 years of experience advising enterprises and startups. He is Co-founder of IFT/Lemit Foods and Deputy Director of the 3AI Institute, with a focus on sustainable design, circular economy, and applied innovation in agri-food systems. As an official CIRCO methodology trainer (Netherlands) in Vietnam, he has led multiple impact-driven initiatives on green transition and sustainable supply chains. His current work centers on developing a Climate-Smart Jackfruit Ingredient Platform that converts underused Mekong Delta resources into scalable, low-carbon plant-based ingredients for global food manufacturers.
